Yesterday I faced a rather horrendous move. I was really feeling overwhelmed about the entire thing. You and the crew that you sent, Wheaton Van Lines, Erik the driver, and John, along with your other crew were absolutely great. They were very conscientious, courteous and seemed to be extremely careful in the handling of my possessions. I was in a dilemma as to the delivery of a rather large Ficus Benjamina plant that I wanted to donate to the Everett Providence Hospital Cancer Center and Erik and John even went the extra, to help deliver it at the end of a very long and exhausting work day for the entire crew. I really cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was and I am sure they showed the same care in loading my possessions into the van. Kudos to you, Greg, for the oversight and all of your Wheaton Van Line crew. Oh, I even got a call from Michelle at the Wheaton Van Line home base just to see if things were going well which I was quite impressed with. Scott, Aron, Ryan, Tim and Isiah were the crew on move out and move in days. There may have been one more (sorry if I missed a name.) They introduced themselves and were the utmost courteous and professional. They took direction, answered questions and were extremely careful with each packed box and piece of furniture. Packed our house (2088 sf) on 61st Pl SE, Everett 98208 and moved to storage unit in Mill Creek.
Initially, the men were only to move some already packed boxes and some furniture we didn’t need right away, but there simply wasn’t enough time for us to get everything readied as we had hoped due to health concerns. We also had a deadline to meet to be out of the house we were moving from. They called the company office, cleared the extra time. And so, with no change in their demeanor whatsoever, they jumped right in and grabbed moving boxes and began packing up just about everything we owned (no kidding!). Initially, the job would have been completed in 1 day with 1 trip to storage. With the extra work, it took 2 trips to the storage unit & 1½ days to complete the job, and they had a large truck!
Of course the job cost more than what we had been quoted, because of all of the extra time and work we threw at them. It really was the “move from h***”, so to speak. The point is they did the job exceptionally well; they were efficient, professional and cheerfully positive for the duration of the job. They took on all the additional work with no complaint, no sighing or rolling of the eyes.
The quote we had been given was very reasonable, and the actual cost at the end was also very reasonable.
I just cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them to everyone!

MY HOUSEHOLD HAD BEEN STORED IN THEIR FACILITY FOR TWO MONTHS. IT WAS LOADED IN THEIR TRUCK AND BROUGHT FROM MUKILTEO TO PUYALLUP, UNLOADED AND PLACED IN DELEGATED ROOMS. THE BEDS WERE SET UP, MIRRORS ATTACHED TO DRESSERS, ETC.
